Delete your account and data

You can remove everything yourself, without asking us and without installing the app. Here are both routes and exactly what happens.

Option 1: delete it yourself

1. Sign in at lumivra-astro.com.
2. Open Settings, then the Privacy Centre.
3. Choose Delete account, type DELETE to confirm.

Your account and data are removed straight away. Signed in already? Go to the Privacy Centre.

Option 2: ask us by email

Email Hello@lumivra-astro.com from the address on the account with the subject "Delete my Lumivra account". We confirm within 3 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account and the email address attached to it.
Every birth profile you saved, yours and anyone else's.
Every chart, reading, saved item and journal note.
Your settings, tone choice and notification preferences.

What we have to keep

Billing records, for as long as tax and accounting rules require. These hold the payment reference and amount, not your charts.
Error logs that carry no birth details, cleared on our normal rolling schedule within 30 days.

Take a copy first

Deletion can't be undone. If you want to keep your charts and readings, download everything as a single file from the Privacy Centre before you delete. A paid membership should be cancelled in Billing as well, since deleting the account does not stop a subscription bought through an app store.
