The agreement, in plain English

This is what you agree to when you use Lumivra. It's short on purpose, so you can read it once and know where you stand.

What Lumivra is

Lumivra calculates your birth chart from the details you give us and explains it in plain English, alongside daily and weekly readings and your core numbers. It is written for reflection and self-understanding.

What Lumivra is not

It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it does not predict the future. Please don't use a reading in place of a doctor, a lawyer or an accountant. Decisions you make after reading are yours.

Your account

You need an account to save charts. Keep your email access secure, because signing in happens through your inbox. One account is for one person; please don't share your login. You must be at least 16 to use Lumivra.

Accuracy of what you enter

A chart is only as accurate as the birth date, time and place behind it. If a birth time is unknown we use 6:00 AM, and we say so on the chart. Your birth date is locked once a chart is saved, so tell us if a correction is needed.

Membership and payment

Some parts of Lumivra are free. Paid membership is billed through our payment processor: Basic at 3.99 USD a month with 4 saved charts, Plus at 49.99 USD a year with 20 saved charts. Promotional trials are billed at the price shown at the time and then renew at the standard price unless you cancel.

Renewals and cancelling

Memberships renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Billing inside the app, or in the store account you bought through, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We don't refund part-used periods unless the law where you live requires it.

Fair use

Please don't resell Lumivra readings as your own product, scrape the app, try to break into other people's accounts, or upload someone else's birth details without their agreement.

Our content

The readings, wording, artwork and code are ours. You are welcome to share your own chart and your own readings personally. Bulk republishing or commercial reuse needs our written agreement.

Interruptions and changes

We work to keep Lumivra available, but we can't promise it will never be down. Features may change as the app grows. If something material changes, we'll say so in the app rather than quietly editing this page.

Ending an account

You can delete your account yourself at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms or is used to harm other people, and we'll tell you why when we do.

Liability

As far as the law allows, Lumivra isn't responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the issue. Nothing here removes rights you have by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. If there's a dispute, please contact us first; most things are solved in one email.
