Birth details are personal. Here's exactly what Lumivra keeps, what it's used for, and how to take it back — without a page of legal language.
Your email address, so you can sign in. The birth details you enter — name or label, date, time and place — for yourself and anyone else you save. Your settings, saved items and journal notes. Basic technical logs like error reports, which keep the app working.
Birth details are the only way to calculate a chart; without them there's no product. Your email identifies your account and lets us reach you about billing. Nothing here is collected for advertising.
We don't sell your data, share it with advertisers, or build profiles for anyone else. We don't email you marketing you didn't ask for, and Lumivra sends no notification digests at all.
A small number of providers make the app run: our hosting and database provider stores your account and charts; our payment processor handles card details, which never reach us; if you use the chart guide, your question and the relevant chart facts are sent to an AI provider to generate the answer. None of them may use your data for their own purposes.
For as long as your account exists. Delete your account and your profiles, charts, saved items and journal entries go with it. Billing records are kept only as long as tax and accounting rules require.
You can export everything as a file, correct what's wrong, and delete your account outright — all from the Privacy Centre inside the app, without asking us. If you're in the UK, EU or a similar regime, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access to your rows is restricted to your account at the database level, and payment card details are handled entirely by our payment processor. No system is perfect; if something ever goes wrong we'll tell you promptly and plainly.
Lumivra isn't intended for anyone under 16. If you believe a child has created an account, email us and we'll remove it.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll say so in the app rather than quietly editing the page.
